TV producer, social media star, journalist, manager, and entrepreneur Dax Tejera passed away recently in the United States. He rose to fame during his five years as an Executive Producer at ABC News.

Dax Tejera, 37, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 23. ABC News’ president, Kim Godwin, made the unexpected news, citing “great grief and a shattered heart”

Following Tejera’s death last month, Godwin released the following statement: “We hate to inform you that Dax Tejera, a friend, and coworker, passed suddenly unexpectedly after a heart attack yesterday night.”

Death Cause Of Dax Tejera
ABC News president Kim Godwin denied earlier this month that Dax Tejera had died of a heart attack on December 23.
According to a story on ET, Tejera died after getting drunk at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse while out with his wife and several friends.
Tejera died of “asphyxia related to obstruction of the airway by food bolus exacerbating severe alcohol intoxication.”
Tejera’s wife Veronica was detained shortly after the tragedy on the suspicion that she had abandoned their two young children, ages 2 and 5 months, at the Yale Club in the hours preceding up to Dax’s untimely death.
